Polycarbonate is a transparent material with high impact strength. It retains its rigidity and absorbs almost no moisture, making it id
eal for electronic applications. Saint-Gobain stocks food grade polycarbonate, although UV stabilized, USP Class VI and gamma-resistant grades are available on a custom basis. Color matching also is available. Acutech Polycarbonate tubing meets ASTM standard D3935.
