For outstanding service in the most demanding applications, Saint-Gobain manufactures the largest diameter hose liners available in the market today. Combined with our years of experience in our sodium ammonia etch process, the results are superior in bonding to a variety of materials such as FEP and PFA in natural, white, or black anti-static.

 

Features

• Chemical Resistance: Inert to practically all commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, elastomers, petroleum compounds, solvents, vinyls, synthetic lubricants, and hydraulic fluids.
• Non-Contaminating: Will not contaminate material and is FDA approved for food handling and pharmaceutical applications.
• High Flow Rates: Low coefficient of friction with anti-stick properties insures continuous lower pressure drop during service with a good pressure rating and full vacuum.
• Anti-Static: Where static charge is a problem we offer black anti-static fully conductive liners.
• Suitable Applications: Chemical transfer, acid transfer, pharmaceutical manufacturing, photo emulsions, food processing, slurry, and waste.
• Seamless: As with all Saint-Gobain tubing we extrude seamlessly eliminating any possible inconsistencies.
