PTFE Hose from CHEMFLUOR®
Chemfluor®
PTFE hose is 100% totally cleanable and much
thicker than conventional hoses. This extra thickness gives
our PTFE hose superior vacuum ratings and ‘hoop’
strength, making it easy to flex but yet extremely resistant
to crushing or flattening when bent.
The main advantage of Chemfluor®
PTFE hose is that with its thick tube design
it is able to be extended through the fittings and be flared
over to form a sealing face. This effectively eliminates any
joint between the fitting and hose and the flow is uninterrupted
and assembly is totally free of areas where corrosion or bacteria
can start.
Chemfluor® PTFE hose
is designed for minimal drop in pressure through the assembly
and cleanliness is thus assured.
Additionally, Chemfluor®
PTFE hose is braided with 316 stainless steel.
