Silicone extruded profile products can be produced in sizes from .010" to 8" I.D. Special shapes can be developed for specific applications.
Our in-house design and tooling capabilities allow us to produce prototypes in as little as 2 weeks. Silicone ranging in durometer from 20 to 80 can be manufactured to meet customer specifications. Any profile extrusion also can be cut to length. Many formulations are available to meet special modulus, surface texture and compression set requirements. These products are produced to a customer's specifications on a custom basis only.
