The capabilities of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics' silicone molded products include injection silicone molding, transfer molding and insert molding with metals and plastic materials. Small parts from under 1 gram to large parts of more than 1,000 grams with an overall part size of up to 20" maximum width can be produced. Our in-house design and build capabilities allows the production of prototype molds in 2 to 3 weeks.
